I ens aquests 10 dies he fet 23 rombes!

Today it's the 21st, so I should report my progress on the CAL Vasarely blanket from Le Blog Purple...
Well... I'll only say that I should have crocheted 35 diamonds by now... and I haven't... but I swear I have a good excuse!! LOL!
After having crocheted a dozen diamonds, 10 days ago I changed my mind about the yarn I was using... And I've started once again from the very beginning...
Since then I've crocheted 23 diamonds! Quite fast, I think... taking into account, that I only crochet on weekdays! I hope I'll catch the rest of crocheters pretty soon!
I do crochet most of the diamonds during my commutes, but I haven't started joining them... Any advice from the more advanced ones? Are you using the same yarn to join than the one to crochet the diamonds? And a tapestry needle??
Ok, see you on the 8th of May, with 53 diamonds!
...but let me ask something to my french CAL colleagues! We'll be visiting the Aix-en-Provence area by the end of spring, could you recommend us the most interesting places to visit?
Thank you very much!!
Superbe ! Me encanta.
ResponEliminaBravo!
ResponEliminaGreat job ! Your diamonds look perfect ! I didn't start joining my diamonds either, but i believe we are supposed to use a doubled thread and a tapestry needle. See you in May !
ResponEliminaThanks for your help!!! I'll go for it this weekend!
EliminaTrès joli ♥
ResponEliminaWell done !
ResponEliminaSi ja comencem a donar excuses.... malament !!!! juasjuas.
EliminaCongratulations for that start! I don't use yarn to sew them, it's too thick. I use a sewing thread held double. As for Aix-en-Provence, I cannot really recommend any place (except La Fondation Vasarely of course) but the whole city center is a marvel; just hanging about the streets will be great...
ResponEliminaYes, I already have La Fondation Vasarely on my "To visit list"!! :)
EliminaThank you very much!
