El pastís de formatge és una de les postres que més m'agraden, així que quan vaig veure aquesta recepta al Rincón de Bea (amb plàtan i xocolata!!!!) la vaig desar de seguida al meu taulell de receptes a Pinterest.
I aquest cop no s'ha hagut d'esperar gaire el seu torn, perquè aquest cap de setmana he aprofitat que tenim calçotada familiar per preparar-la.
He seguit la recepta fil per randa, a excepció de la base. He fet servir galetes tipus Maria, que són les que acostumo a tenir per casa, i, com són una mica més dolces, no he afegit gens de sucre a la base (només les galetes trinxades i la mantega fosa). Per la resta, us adreço a la recepta original.
Només sortir del forn ja hem "ensumat" que seria un èxit (quina oloreta, per favor!!!!) i així ha estat... ha volat!! La combinació del plàtan i la xocolata és espectacular, així que us puc garantir que el repetiré més d'un cop!

Cheesecake is one of my favorites desserts... so as soon as I saw this banana and chocolate version in El Rincón de Bea's site, I saved it to my Pinterest recipes board.
And it hasn't been there for a long time, 'cause I've made it for a family meal this weekend!
It smelled like success just out from the oven, and a success it has been! It has disappeared in a matter of seconds! LOL
Banana and chocolate flavours match perfectly, so we're going to repeat this recipe sooner than later!
Here you have the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 150 g Graham crackers
- 130 g + 50 g sugar
- 70 g melted butter
- 450 g cream cheese
- 125 g smashed bananas (1-2 bananas)
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 25 g corn starch
- 4 large eggs
- 30 g melted chocolate
Instructions:
- Grease a baking pan.
- Grind Graham crackers and add 50 g sugar. Add melted butter and mix until well combined.
- Cover the bottom of the baking pan with the crackers (press with your fingers to evenly distribute the mixture).
- Use your stand mixer to combine, at low speed, the following ingredients: cream cheese, 130 g sugar, smashed bananas, heavy cream and corn starch.
- Once perfectly mixed, add the eggs, lightly beaten, one by one.
- Pour the batter (saving about 250 ml) into the baking pan.
- Melt 30 g chocolate, add to the reserved batter and mix. Add to the baking pan.
- Bake at 320 F for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake in for another 30 minutes (do not open oven's door!).
- Let cool at room temperature and, after that, 3 hours in the fridge (or overnight!).
