A més, la mateixa massa base, sense afegir el sucre abans d'enfornar ni l'anís després de la cocció fa un pa de coca boníssssssim!!!
Aquest cop us adreço a la recepta original, perquè no hi he modificat ni una coma!
Animeu-vos a fer-la, dubto que hi hagi millor manera de començar l'any que amb un bon tros d'aquesta coca. Molt bon any nou a tothom!!!!

A few days ago I stumbled upon a recipe of one of my favorite cakes. That's the simplicity made cake... no cream, no ganache, no fillings at all... gorgeous for someone like me (I don't have a sweet tooth, had I told you that already??).
Give this cake a chance, you won't find a better way to begin 2.015 than with a slice of it. Happy New Year!!!!
Ingredients:
For the batter:
- 280 g water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1,5 tsp sugar
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 500 g bread flour
- 5 g active dry yeast
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients of the batter in your bread-making machine (in the same order as written above). Select the mixing and rising program.
- Divide the resulting batter in 3 parts. Knead each portion and let rise for about 30 minutes (until the size doubles).
- Shape each portion of batter, spray with olive oil and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Spread a good amount of sugar and bake at 220ºC (428 F) for about 10-12 minutes. Spray with a bit of anise liqueur immediatly after removing the cake from the oven.
